This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations are handled for all service bookings made with us.
By booking a service with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
You may cancel a service booking under the following conditions:
Before service confirmation:
Cancellation is allowed at any time without any charges.
After service confirmation but before technician arrival:
Cancellation is allowed but may include a basic visit/inspection charge, if applicable.
After technician has arrived at your location:
Cancellation will incur a full visit charge, even if the service is not completed.
Same-day cancellations may result in additional charges depending on technician travel, time spent, and resources allocated.
We reserve the right to cancel a booking in the following situations:
Unavailability of technician
Incorrect or incomplete address shared
Safety concerns at the service location
Technical issues or unavoidable circumstances
Customer violation of Terms & Conditions
In such cases, customers will be informed promptly, and rescheduling options will be provided.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed based on the following conditions:
If payment is made before service confirmation and the customer cancels → Full refund
If payment is made after service confirmation but service is not started → Refund after deducting applicable charges
If service has already started or completed → No refund
Refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.
You may reschedule your service booking under these conditions:
Rescheduling is free if requested at least 4 hours before the scheduled time
Last-minute rescheduling may incur a visit charge
Rescheduling depends on technician availability
A “No-Show” is recorded when:
The customer is not available at the service address
Phone calls and messages are unanswered
Access to the premises is denied to the technician
In such cases:
A full visit/inspection charge will apply
The booking may be cancelled automatically
For urgent or special services (e.g., late-night service, special equipment work):
Cancellation after technician dispatch may incur additional charges
Charges will be communicated prior to dispatch
